Worth it if you're worried

I really like these, they've helped me break the habit of picking my fingers when I'm nervous. I usually wear a size 8.5 but I ordered 9 and they all fit well except the one with 3 rings. I wear mine on my thumb and twist it with my index finger. After a few days they had some spinning issues, but after spinning mine for a while they started working properly again. They're a bit noisy and make noise when you move your hands, but that's not too bad. I found it very helpful and I think it's worth it.
