I do not play hockey but I recently purchased this bag. Why would I buy a hockey bag if I did not play hockey? Because I fight in the Saber Legion where we have fights with replicas of elegant weapons for a more civilized age. This hobby requires a lot of protective armor. With this bag I can transport fencing masks, shin guards, elbow pads, lacrosse gloves, chest and shoulder protection and have plenty of other room inside. The bag rolls comfortably and easily from my vehicle to my training. Airline will probably consider it an over-sized bag but I have hopes this will transport my gear around Combat Con in Las Vegas pretty smoothly.
