I was skeptical at first as I think all of us are with products like this but it was actually super easy to use and made my chest flat like I wanted it to quell the dysphoria. Downside is I am not a bigger person and these do run on the small side if you have purchased any clothing from Asian countries. Basically, definitely make sure to order at least one size up from your usual western apparel.Sizing: 7/10 (need bigger sizes for bigger people and people with bigger tiddy)Tiddy flattening: 10/10
