Once out of the package, the box felt heavier than expected (a good thing), the faux leather looked very nice, the hinges and lock mechanism hardware seemed solid, and the suede bottom a nice touch. Inside, the cushions are soft and supportive and fit securely in their individual slots.This box exceeds my expectations and I offer with confidence my recommendation to buy a Rothwell box. I have one slot available in this box, about to pull the trigger on another watch purchase (Santa will surely deny the request for the Tag Hauer Monaco I want), then will most likely purchase another box from Rothwell.
