So it took me a long time to find the right waist! I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I really love this trainer! I'm 5ft 4in / 13 / 14+ / 200+ so I ordered 3XL! It fits perfectly. I tested it and it's very cool and breathable. I also love how tight the strap holds everything without having to readjust. It's comfortable to wear all day, but when you're sitting you have to get up and pull it higher to keep it from getting stuck on your hips. In general I am satisfied. Will order again!
