I needed a sturdy laundry basket that would fit in a specific space. This basket fits the space and I love that it has two baskets. It was easy to assemble. Neat guide. For the most part, this is common sense. Two baskets are attached with Velcro. This applies except when the baskets are heavy (e.g. three days worth of towels). I like that you can remove the baskets for washing. Another problem with a heavy basket is that it is difficult to pull out. It will stick to the bottom of the bar (just lift it up). I like that there is a shelf at the top to put things or fold clothes. It's a two-person basket system, so it works for us. We rarely have full baskets as I do a lot of laundry. I love that it's made out of bamboo that's sealed for protection. It's good that the baskets slide out so the contents aren't visible. They slide in and out easily except when loaded with clothes. I think if the containers were an inch shorter that would solve the problem. The baskets are well made and durable. I am satisfied with this laundromat. That does the job for me.
