I love this adjustable trimmer, but the clips that secure the most-used trimmer attachment were flimsy and brittle, as other reviewers pointed out. After a few months, one side broke off and the trimmer wasn't holding the cut in the collection chamber as well, but it still worked. After a little over a year of use, the clip on the other side also broke and the cutting head no longer held, rendering the trimmer unusable. Called their support team and they couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. They promptly sent me a replacement cutting attachment free of charge which appears to be a vastly improved design of the original part. Would highly recommend both the product and the company's support.
