Poor quality control and inconsistency

In short, the specifications of the components do not match and the products are defective. I bought a couple of these lights to use while streaming. While the price, brightness, and convenience of the included remote control are pluses, they have downsides, a big one. First of all I was looking for an alternative to the more expensive and currently unavailable ElGato Key Lights and they definitely fit. Together, two lights with aftermarket stands and two power supplies were cheaper than the cost of a single ElGato Key light at the regular price. They are bright enough for streaming and I think they would be good for video recording too. However, since they are intended for long-term use and not portable use, I will be running them with wall adapters that meet the 12v 1 amp requirement they have stated as being required. This is where the main disadvantage comes into play. I bought two power supplies and when I went to connect them I found that one light had a different internal contact size. In other words, taking the same power supplies that are designed for these lamps will not work. One was not connected at all because the same plug was not used for both lights at the factory. In addition, a light source cannot detach from the plate due to the plastic. From inspection and reviews I have found that this layer of plastic is not designed to be removed so this is a clear disadvantage. I ordered a third lamp and started a return on the first one and it turns out the replacement is damaged on the panel as well. Also the power connector on the second one doesn't match the power supplies I bought from Neewer.
