What I love: - 16 fixed colors - You can dim or brighten the light - Control speed for multiple colors - Timer for 4 hours on and 20 hours off or 6 on/18 off - Battery was included for my remote control! - LOVE the USB style plugin (because I don't have to buy batteries! Yay!) - there is a button on the USB plugin that allows you to change the lights/modes individually; It's great if you ever lose the little remote control that came with it. Another thing, if you plan to buy it specifically for unexpected power outages, prepare to have a portable charger, laptop, device or other USB power source. Port is available. I bought these because the room I rent has walls in bright colors which I don't like so these pretty lights are really changing how I feel about my space and now I really love my room. I would recommend these lights to any streamer or literally anyone considering them. I actually think they would be perfect for a Christmas tree too; You can also reuse them for other fun occasions (like orange for Halloween). I plan to use these lights a lot and will update my review if anything happens!
