Working sprayers look of decent quality. 2 sprayers didn't work. The seller includes a card to contact them if there is a quality complaint so I emailed them to let them know. They didn't offer anything and said that there are extra atomizers in the box. The product description states 6 sprayers in the kit. Even if there are more atomizers than bottles, if 2 didn't work and 6 should have worked, I didn't get what I paid for. If they don't replace the atomizers in the box or offer some kind of compensation because there are more atomizers than bottles, then why put the card in the box at all? Not useful from a customer service perspective as they fail to deliver on a promise they shouldn't have made.
