Pretty good for the money. The elastic material is more comfortable than a similar belt I have (no stretch). I wish someone in China (since they make all our jeans) would measure the belt loop. Nothing in the bar should be that big. If it were 1/4 inch narrower, you could use it like a regular belt without removing the buckle every time you need to put it on your pants. The size seemed right to me. Can trim excess length if needed
