My dentist recommended that I use Opalescence 15% Gel to whiten my teeth. I used 10 syringes to get a white level I was happy with. Having no sensitivity or discomfort, I decided to try the 20% gel to preserve and reduce aligner wear time. I used 20% once and the results were so-so. I didn't feel any discomfort or sensitivity, but the mint flavor was barely noticeable and my teeth didn't appear to have changed white at all. Again, I only used 20% once in four hours, giving him more time to decide if he wants to continue using this product.
