You can add a drawstring, especially if you have strong hips and/or butt. Luckily, attaching a drawstring is easy, all you have to do is cut a few slits in the belt's outer fabric. The pouch is not silk but works very well in a very cheeky look. These tights are not suitable as yoga pants due to the indecent functioning of the pouch. These tights seem cheap but the quality seems very good for their price. I found the pouch makes these tights more comfortable than other tights that can be worn without underwear.
