The reason this product has 3 stars is due to the lack of instructions and the complexity of assembly. The great thing about this product is that it's cheap, the extra mouse buttons work as they should, it's comfortable in my hands and works pretty well for a $15 mouse. Now for the bad stuff: don't expect too much from a $15 mouse, but $15 should at least tell you that the USB receiver is inside the mouse and not on the charging cable. I spent 2 hours tinkering with this mouse scratching my head wondering where this receiver is and if it was in my package and noticed that a part on the bottom of the mouse is a bit loose. Long story short, it took me 2 hours to find this little USB mouse receiver with no instructions or anything. I'm new to PC so it's frustrating. The second issue is that when I plugged this USB into the back of my computer, the response time was very slow and there were times when I was clicking and the mouse was doing nothing. I later decided to take out the receiver and plug it into the top of my computer instead of the back and it worked fine after that. But if that's not a good reason for 3 stars, let's just say this mouse isn't top notch, but what can you expect?
