I'm SHOCKED by the good reviews. I bought this bed based on the photos and good reviews. I was immediately disappointed when I took it out of the vacuum packaging. They claimed that the bed would puff up after 24 hours if shaken. There's absolutely no padding or support in the middle of the bed, and you can't fluff it up because of the way it's made. It is very thin and does not support my medium sized dog. It's soft, but if you want to pay for a soft bed, buy a cheaper bed. I just can't believe how uncomfortable this bed is! He looks so fluffy and cuddly in the photos, but he's thin as a pancake. I have requested a refund. I wonder if these reviews are fake? They can never be legal.
