Well I really wanted to like it but no. At first I was impressed with how reliable it was and I had no trouble setting it up. I was a bit disappointed with the freedom of movement from the start - if you want to move it a certain way you'll need to move the table quite far from the wall (assuming the monitors are leaning against the wall). ). But the real problem for me is that the screw that controls the tilt on one of the levers has been completely removed. I didn't notice this until I decided to move my hands from one table to another that was lower, so I had to adjust the incline. I inserted the hex key and was very confused when it wouldn't engage, it just spun free. Then I tried it on my other hand and it hooked right away. I took a closer look with a flashlight and yes, the screw damage was obvious. I can only assume my double arms were previous returns they repackaged and sold. It's too late for a refund, so now I'm stuck with a stand that tilts down in such a way that it's incredibly annoying every time I use the computer.
