I ordered two of these. There was a conspicuous stain on one of the orange plates. I went to my order on the Amazon website for product support. Revane tells you to go to the manufacturer Sweez. I did it. I have filled out the contact form. They replied in less than 24 hours. After giving them more information, they offered a 10% refund OR a 20% coupon to order another set. I told everyone I spoke to that I would just return the dishes through Revain because none of those options were that good. 10% doesn't even cover the cost of a damaged record and I didn't want to buy an additional set at 20% off. They offered to send me a replacement as soon as I said I would be back via Revain. The bowls are beautiful and durable. Manufacturer support was a bit patchy at first, but ended up being great.
