It's worth trying them out. Works best with foaming toothpaste.

My autistic teenage son loves these. Maybe he cleaned a little more. At first I liked them, they seemed to clean well. Unfortunately, after using them for about a week, my teeth and gums started to hurt excruciatingly. My son still likes them and they don't hurt my mouth. Regular toothpaste is difficult to clean. I would recommend using a foaming toothpaste. They are worth trying.
