I was so excited about this product and so disappointed. It started leaking quite a bit of water after just a few days, but I wanted to see if I could get it to work. I cleaned the pipe inside and out, poured in fresh water and put a plate under it to see if it would catch more of the water that came out. A day later the whole plate was filled with dirty brown water and when I poured it down the drain it stank of iron. It was so brown it was opaque and soiled the plate it was on. It smelled so bad I feared it was dangerous so I had to throw it out. Also, it's more trivial, but when I ordered it I didn't really realize that it doesn't have a remote control to adjust the LED backlight like most similar products. So it just automatically switched all the colors on its own, and I couldn't pick a color or change the lighting at all, which I really didn't like.
