It's written exactly like that, pretty solid, just for some reason it's not as cute as I thought it would be.
It wasn't as soft as I thought it would be but it's not advertised that way so it's not a problem. My child didn't wear it once I put it on she said it moves a lot and pinches too much in one place. To be honest, as a last resort, when you see Dr. Sue's stuff for events that schools love to host this is a good article.
