I have bought bags from Nat & Matt in the distant past and they were well made and attractive. This bag looks good in the photos, but in reality it is different from the others: the seams are large, the drawstring part is uncomfortable and unfortunately the gold name printed on it looks cheap today. I bought the best vegan packs for $29. Has this company been sold or what? To return.
