Lifting ratchet failure

one if the ratchets are defective. My granddaughter is very familiar with Gibbons slacklines and never had a problem until I bought her these. She had trouble twisting/tightening the leash after installation, nor was she able to remove it properly. A ratchet needs to be replaced, hopefully we can have an easy return/exchange process.

Pros

All live parts of the ratchet are metallic and must not be touched for safety reasons. "Black Coating" indicates touch-safe parts of the ratchet. This increases safety when using a ratchet.
