Love it! I used to have waist trainers from Walmart and they were terrible but I didn't realize I could get better quality for the same price. It's really wide, going from the hips to the bottom of the bra, so I don't have to worry about it bunching up. There are ribs on the sides that help it keep its shape and hold it up. I think it lets me sit up straight when wearing it. The main panel is just a wide Verlco but there are additional straps crossing that part which is amazing because they make it tighter but also prevent it from coming loose when you run or exercise. My cheap one is always open and it was so much nicer to roll it up! Plus it's smooth enough that I wear it under my clothes during the day and it doesn't give you that weird or bulky shape you can't even tell it's there! We recommend.
