Yes, they are indeed waterproof.

I bought these for my 7 year old daughter because they are waterproof. If she wasn't happy at first (she wanted purple, not grey, haha) then she was sold after I doused her with a glass of water and showed how well they repel water. I tightened them up and they are too long which is a problem because the seam rips if I only wear them a few times. But they are waterproof as advertised, hence 5 stars in my opinion.

Pros

A must for curious children who love to build snowmen and explore nature; Easier to put on and take off than a full snow suit and can be worn with the down coat you already have in your closet; looks and fits like your child's favorite onesie; Snap buckles can be closed and released in seconds, even with small hands.

Cons
