After reading reviews that it was too tight I was a bit concerned. However, when my Epson V700 is fully assembled and plugged in (connected bottom to top and connected to power), it still fits my scanner perfectly and the cables at the back are neither too tight nor too loose. Ideally, the scanner falls onto a tabletop.
