When I decided to buy this chair, it wasn't long before the pandemic started to spread across the US. I tested all the different office chairs at Staples and knew I needed a more comfortable chair than the office chair I already have at home. Of all the office chairs I tried, this was the most comfortable, even compared to more expensive luxuries. Chairs at Staples. I didn't think I would like the headrest, but I liked it. If you absolutely don't like the headrests, you can't attach them without fixing them. On the one I tried in the store, I saw the fabric fray around the edges where it attaches to the seat. It made me think about buying it, but I'm also a bit cautious about how I handle things and it was the most convenient, so I decided to give it a try. I had no such issues with the fabric on the chair I purchased. Two main points to note: 1) I thought the chair might sink a little lower than it is. If the person has short legs, perhaps 5 feet 8 inches or less, the person may find it difficult to reach the ground with their feet. 2) This chair is probably not for people with a large physique. I'm not that heavy at all and the armrests feel a bit narrow and the armrests can't be adjusted wider. The armrests are about 17.25 inches apart. Although the armrests are adjustable up and down. There are 3 positions of the armrests vertically. Convenient, especially for the price. But I prefer my office chair at work. If I were to buy it again I could spend about $100 more and buy a Haworth chair. When it comes to comfort, the Haworth office chair can hardly be surpassed. But I've seen a few Haworth chairs that have had to be repaired or replaced for more than their price.
