This is what I was looking for. After my first purchase a few years ago of another brand that is no longer available, I tried 3 different containers but none of them passed the lunch box test. However, I am very happy with that. As you can see from the photo they are fully sealed. I filled the container 3/4 full with water and turned the container upside down for 1 hour. No leaks. I've seen complaints that they leak and mine don't. The trick, if you want to call it, is pressing down on the rims (duh) like a cup of fast food soda. The container and lid are strong and you can bend them like hell without tearing or wrinkling. If you use and depend on these types of containers like me, then you've found them. I HATE problems and they don't cause me problems. I work in construction, I have a microwave in my truck and I use it EVERY DAY. My dinners often (mostly) contain foods that can leak, including stews. NO PROBLEM. I will buy 50 more packs in case they become unavailable in the future. These last for years.
