I would give it a 5 if it was in perfect condition as it should be as it was new but there was a small chip on one of the resin pine cones. Instead of waiting for a new one, I painted over the chipped areas so they wouldn't be as noticeable. It was white where it was broken and there wasn't a single loose piece so it wasn't broken in transit, it was wrapped like that. Same goes for another towel ring holder I bought. Worse still, one of the pinecone pedals was broken. After painting it looked like a real pine cone with a broken pedal. I bought them for our new trailer and we're leaving town and don't have time to wait for a replacement. They were both very well packaged, so that's how they were packaged. Didn't break in transit!
