I bought this thinking it was Chinese junk but for $10 I decided to give it a try. I'm so tired of dry cracked heels that hurt and bleed. I used an X-acto knife to get rid of dead skin because it's so dangerous it's scary. THAT'S GREAT! IT REALLY WORKS! The grater scraped the dead skin off my heels like a parmesan grater. For the first time in 20 years, my heels are as soft as a baby's. It took 5 minutes. At $10 this is the best price on the planet in my opinion. I'll buy two more if they stop making them. Incidentally, this includes a line and a fine rasp. I used a thin rasp on my thick, cracked heels. Worked great. I can't imagine anyone ever using a rasp course. It would be different. Made in China but the quality is excellent and worth every penny.
