I read all the reviews for this product but was so excited to see the packaging was NOT PLASTIC and decided to give it a try if those reviews weren't the norm for this product. I'm sorry to say that previous reviews about the formula consistency being TOO THICK for soap dispensers ARE ACCURATE! When I received my shipment it arrived fine, no leaks from the boxes as other customers have reported. However, the lavender scent was barely noticeable in the first box I opened (going back so I don't open the rest). I love lavender and was very disappointed that the scent wasn't noticeable. I would take it if the formula is right. I still had some JR Watkins hand soap in the dispenser so I poured in some Cleancult soap and immediately felt the difference in consistency. The next morning I looked at my dispenser and saw that the formula was clumping and forming a cloudy film in my soap jar/dispenser. Then when I wanted to use it (I used it several times yesterday) the pump got clogged so I had to open the pump and hand pour the soap into my hand. BAD for Covid! I return with a sad disappointment! I want JR WATKINS to repackage their brand in boxes or NON-PLASTIC containers!
