Review on Lark & Ro Women's Sleeveless Crewneck Sheath Dress with Seaming - Amazon Brand by Shannon Hernandez

I chose this dress for my 28 year old daughter in exchange for her feedback and thoughts. Here's her take on clothes: I like the Lark & Ro brand. I have several dresses and tops from this brand and they always look and feel great. this dress is very beautiful. This is a well-tailored, elegant take on the little black dress. I love the stitching that runs all over the dress and the back zipper is a classic piece. The material is heavy and feels valuable. This size 8 dress fits me very well (I usually wear a small dress for reference). I have noticed that this brand runs small. So if you are between sizes or prefer a slightly looser fit I would suggest going up a size. The reason I only gave this dress three stars is because the hem is cut. The dress is very tight at the bottom: it reminds me of "bodycon" or "bandage" dresses. This extremely tight butt ruins the overall look of the dress and is definitely NOT flattering as it adds all those extra pounds around your butt/thighs/stomach. I think this dress was designed for a tall, thin woman. I'm only 5ft 5" and about 140lbs so this dress wasn't perfect for me.
