Review on AKRacing Office Series Opal - Ergonomic Fabric Computer Chair: 🪑 High Backrest, Recliner, Swivel, Tilt, Rocker & Height Adjustment, Black (AK-OPAL) by Carolina Tavarez

I bought this chair to replace a KillaBee that lasted 18 months replacing a 7 year old DXracer. KillBee is a corporate disaster, never again. After reading some reviews of this AKRacing model with a class 4 lift, I decided since I'm not a short guy (6ft 1in, 272lbs). The first arrived on time and was easy to set up. Very comfortable but within a few days of sitting on it sagged about 2 inches. Unfortunately, Revain didn't have the option to simply ask for a new lift, so I asked for a replacement. It was quickly approved and I got a second chair. Well, same problem. I contacted AKRacing directly and it took them 11 days to respond to my email. I sent the requested documents and reiterated that I might be the unlucky guy in the world when it comes to chairs; The lift drops about 2 inches after sitting on it for a while. I haven't thought about it since I replied to the techs' email. For now I'll do what I probably should have done, stick with the DXracer and get King Series PRO or get a Secretlab TITAN Again a very comfortable chair, easy to assemble but not sure about the lift they use , and the lack of customer support.
