Review on L'Oreal Paris Feria Ice Blonde Long-Lasting Anti Brass Power Hair Toner: 1 Application by Chelsea Garcia

Like! Hair Story: I only use L'Oréal Bleach Super Blonde on newly growing roots, then I tone. My natural color is medium to dark brown. I have always used the L'Oréal brass banish but it has been discontinued. I spoke to L'Oréal and they recommended a strong toner. I had a hard time deciding on a color but I settled on a pearly blonde. This color is NOT the same as the brass Exorcist, but I like it better. (I feel like an icy blonde would be too cool for me, so I'd assume a champagne blonde would go better with a brassy exile). Powerful toner removes A LOT of yellow tones from my hair. I used the Clairol Cream Toner in Towhead 311 a long time ago and I find the Power Toner Pearl Blonde more closely reproduces this. I would say it's 10a/10n. Just a word of caution, I only use this on my recently bleached roots and work through the ends right before rinsing. If you place it everywhere at once I can see that you will get an undesired result. I give this process no more than 10 minutes. I left brass railings much longer.
