This swirl collar fan works surprisingly well, with two fans creating a nice gentle breeze to blow in your face. It doesn't look TOO silly, is pretty quiet, and lasts quite a long time on a single charge. It does its job pretty well when I wear it while walking, but sometimes needs an adjustment. Please note that the neck brace is not flexible and may not be comfortable for wider necks. When I first tried this fan in my air-conditioned home, I was very surprised and impressed with the gentle breeze. Stepping out into the Texas summer, the effect was less dramatic - it still produced a nice light breeze, but not much relief. Overall it's well designed, easy to use and works pretty well if you don't expect too much from it - very good for a room or home office!
