I really like the look of this shoe but the ankle is quite stiff. Difficult to put on, you have to untie the laces. My other problem is the only pillow. I think there is an instep for support, but it's on the part of the foot that I've forgotten the name, behind the toes and in front of the arch. It seems they want to make the heel lower.
