My 13 year old is growing up but still very childish. She loves to wear dresses to school. I bought her school clothes. they are running out. This dress goes down to her knees. It spins enough but not too high. She loves it! The top fits great, but not tight. I want a pair of these for her. The colors are very pretty and wash out easily.
