I have first class delivery 1 day. I like the product in general. Not that it matters much, but I'm a little disappointed that there was a small scratch on the lid (more visible to the human eye than in the photo). I noticed it as soon as I took it out of the recycling bag (I didn't have anything sharp with me so I carefully pulled it out with my bare hands and I noticed the scratch right away because it looks pretty deep). Objectively it's still an amazing product so I'll give it 4 stars (plan to use it for coffee and buy another one for water next month). To be honest, it really doesn't matter. I understand they are sold by the thousands every day and small scratches are common, but from a consumer perspective, unpacking is usually the most exciting part after a 'long-awaited' delivery and this was a huge disappointment. Hope the seller will be more careful about handling in the future, so that all other customers can have a perfect experience.
