I am normally a size SM with 34D. I ordered my normal size almost thinking to size up because I am also currently 3 mos. pregnant but still went with SM, and I am glad I did. This top is not very fitted to my body or my bust. I have to wear a sports bra along with this top in order to feel any sort of support so I can work out. The quality is pretty good. Nice fabric and breathes well, just wished it fit how I normally like these kinds of tops to fit. You should be safe if you size down one.
