Definitely not easy, but with a little practice it can become easier. I did it on myself and noticed an increase, but it wasn't easy and took a lot of time. The glue isn't sticky enough for my lashes to stick to the pad, so I pressed them down with cling film and placed a blindfold over my eyes. I also leave this set on for 20 minutes as I have very thick lashes. I will try and update this again in the future. Not a terrible product and cheaper than having them done professionally so can't complain too much.
