These gloves have held up well through the long, salty winter months and I've managed to keep my hands dry to the point of dipping them straight in. Sticky stuff is doomed to chip, as anyone who uses it knows. But somehow this glue held up noticeably better than most, don't take it for granted that it will "stick" forever. It will just take a little longer. Good finger protection, my little fingers suffered some uncomfortable things while using them and I know it would have been a lot more painful without them. Buy them, they are good gloves for the price.
