Review on Booktrack by Keith Desjarlais

The customer service is amazing! I have had multiple issues with my book track account but they always get back to me within minutes or hours (depending how quickly you need help). They are very professional in all aspects of their business practices and offer many different payment options so that customers can choose what works best for them. There really isn't anything bad about this program at all. It has been incredibly easy to use once we figured out exactly which features were needed by our clients/audiences. Our biggest issue was finding ways to monetize online platforms without losing quality when it comes down to converting readers into buyers. We found that most people who listen to audio books also like reading print material while listening. So now instead of having two separate programs up and running - one for selling ebooks and another for producing audiobooks - we combine these elements together.
