Love how big, versatile and comfortable it is. I use it every day at work (I'm a professor) and also when traveling. You can pack a computer, textbook, snacks and weekend stuff. It sits very well on the back - very comfortable even when loaded and so light that it is not bulky. Chest and waist straps help distribute weight when really loaded. The side pockets are perfect for storing keys, a wallet and other items you want to reach quickly, while three roomy zippered inner pockets (each with its own inner pocket) keep your belongings organized. This is my second bag - I've had the green one for a couple of years but decided to buy the black one to be a bit fancier when I realized I really wanted it alongside my main work bag, travel and hiking bag.
