This review can be rated 4 or 0 depending on your need to be helpful. I almost never leave negative feedback. I shop here so much that I save my time for really good products. Thing is, this is a nice case for a new Mini, but NOT for those who want a case with a stand (Kindle bedside readers, kids doing homework, people who need to read without craning their necks, or who have arthritis). and cannot comfortably hold the Mini in my hands, etc.). If any of these descriptions sound like you, this case is NOT for you and this is an honest review. I'm taking the time to write this because more than one of these descriptions fits me. I'm on my second and just like the first time the replacement case stand broke for no reason, not dropped, slipped, dropped. It's so fragile that it can't support the weight of the Mini, or withstand the movement of opening and closing, or both. After the first and second coasters broke and literally nothing more than being moved by hand from one table to another around my house, here's my advice: if you want a decent case that's cute and offers some protection (my old mini had an otterbox case and it was a beast which in hindsight was worth the money) and you absolutely don't care if it has a kickstand you will love it. If you need a stand, e.g. B. if you want to put your mini on a table to read Kindle books, this is absolutely NOT for you. At the end you hold your mini in your hands. I suspect that whoever is praising the stand is a random user who hasn't had the item in a while.
