Amazing for cold climates!
Initially when I purchased this for my daughter it was to small. I bought it for her when she was 13 months. She is now 15 months and it fits perfect. Sometimes it slips over her eyes but when I bundle her in a tight fitting jacket it eliminates the problem. The reason I like this is because it keeps her back and neck warm in windy Chicago.

- Very warm, I didn't need a scarf. This is a hat and scarf in one...keeps my pumpkin warm and cozy.
