Helps me a lot, takes time; Now I'm 40 days, second month of treatment and my face is really getting better, much clearer than before. I still have a persistent "throat not" but it's gradually diminishing. (I also use a toner and some tea tree serum). I was too stingy with adapalene gel for the first month as there was about 1/3 tube left so probably works faster/better if used properly. Now that I've been more generous with it, I've seen slightly better results. The moisturizer is great and essential, I wash my face at night right before bed and once or twice I forgot the moisturizer (fell asleep) and my face felt really leathery the next morning but it improved almost immediately after application the next morning.
