I like how easy it is to use, as well as the ease of integrating into other systems. It's also cheap for small businesses who don't have much budget. Some features are not very intuitive. For example, you can only send one file at a time in an email when using this software. This makes sending large files difficult if they are too many attachments. We've been able to streamline our communication process by making sure we're always communicating via text/email instead of having meetings that aren't productive.
