My daughter's first pair of shoes was starting to get too hard to put on. According to that company's size chart, she should still be able to wear them, based on her foot measurement. But my husband and I were tired of forcing her shoes onto her feet. and we also didn't want to pay $50 for a new pair of shoes she'll only wear for a few months, and not even every day. (I mean, I don't like paying $50 for shoes for myself, ha!)I found these and even though I didn't recognize the brand, the number of high ratings and good reviews impressed me. I'm so glad we got these - they are so easy to put on. Let me repeat that - they are SO EASY to put on to our stubborn 18-month-old.They are quick and easy to secure and to take off (unlike tie shoes), the Velcro strap is nice and long to allow for growth and also is nice and secure, and the tongue and opening open up very wide making the shoes slip on so easily. She walks well and confidently in them (she was a late walker and has only been walking for about 3-4 months). We have also gotten a lot of compliments on how cute they are just in the 2 weeks that she's had them.Overall: great price, better than Striderite in terms of fit and ease of getting on, just a really great little shoe.
