The professionalism is amazing! Their staff knows everything about their products and have the best follow up systems. They have many options for different situations that need to be taken care of. I haven't found anything I disliked while working with them. They really do look out for your best interest and have all the information you need to better your situation. We had a difficult situation arise where we were trying to get into a higher education institution. There was no way we could afford to send our children to college. HLP saved us from this situation by helping us find a new option that allowed us to take a loan to pay for it.
