I weigh 210 pounds and am 5 feet 9 inches tall. Bought XL and very happy. I like the low neckline and tight stomach. It covers my stomach very well. I don't have to worry about my stomach bulging out. If I want to tan my stomach, I just roll up my butt. I hang a strap around my neck to make a halter. Helps with tan lines
