So cute, just use a little in clear balloons
Looks as sweet as rain, but when you fill a clear balloon, only use a little! We used a lot and thought it would look even better, but it was too heavy so a) the helium didn't lift the balloon and b) the confetti didn't stick to the sides of the balloon when it was weighted into a heap on the bottom .
